Proclamation Institute Zambia is located to the north of Kitwe on a spacious property comprising 20 hectares.
Development of site and progression towards self-sustenance
Since 2013, significant investment of over £1m has been put into the college, mainly from Trusts and Grants. The current infrastructure can be read about on the ABOUT page. The initial desire for the college was to move towards its aim of generating it’s own income, the 20 hectare land was developed with new agricultural buildings and houses. A poultry and horticultural farm was created and functioned for several years. Sadly, the farm failed to produce profit for college operations and was closed in 2022.
The PIZ board of directors in Zambia are continually looking for ways for the college to create it's own income.
